Mike's stage play, COMPROMISED, has
been selected to be presented this summer
as a staged reading at LA's Road Theater.
COMPROMISED was awarded the Stanley Drama Award for best play and was a finalist for the O'Neill Prize for best drama.
NEARLY DEPARTED is on the 2025 BLACK LIST of Best Scripts.
NEARLY DEPARTED is currently in production with producers J. Todd Harris and Brady Kirchberg.
TALK OF THE TOWN, won the 2023
Screencraft Stage Play Award
and was also named BEST STAGE PLAY at the 2022 Austin Film Fest.

His thriller BREAKNECK RIDGE was named BEST SCREENPLAY in the 2022
Wiki Competition.
It was also named a SEMI-FINALIST at the 2022 FADE IN AWARDS Thriller Competition.
CHASING THE DARK, Mike's one hour drama pilot was named Best TV Script in the 2021 Wiki Screenplay Contest
POKER FACE, Mike's half hour comedy pilot, was named
a Finalist in the same contest and was awarded an Honorable Mention.

Mike's rom-com feature script, NEARLY DEPARTED, was named a 2021 Semi-finalist in the first ever STAGE 32 Romantic Screenwriting Contest.
It also received a rare 'Double Recommend' putting it in the Top 5% of all scripts listed on the STAGE 32 site.
Mike's western script about Billy the Kid,
RUNNING GUN, won Best Screenplay at the 2010 Vail Screenplay Awards and was a Finalist in the 2021 Screencraft Family Screenplay Competition.
It was optioned by Producer James Keach in 2019.
